Meet the Team

We make sure we select the right people to work with our children in our nurseries, as good quality team members are a genuine asset.

We use a values based recruitment technique as it focuses on the candidate’s behaviours and values to working with children.

Every member of our team has or is working towards a full and relevant qualification at a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare. All staff complete additional training in the following as well as child based training:

• Paediatric first aid
• Safeguarding Children
• Health and safety
• Fire safety
• Equalities and diversity
• Food and hygiene

We also dedicate a manager to helping you with your fees, vouchers and any other queries about nursery finances.
